    13/14 UD series 2 1 per 3 case Acetate Young Guns ?

I mean, 1 in 3 cases odds of pulling one. I don't see much discussion on these cards, is it because they're not being chased or nobody knows much more than what info's been released ?

Well, when the set first came out they were selling for ridiculous amounts. As more were getting pulled you would see them listed on feeBay for inflated prices based on how much they were selling for. Prices dropped a little. They still sell very well and I would love to have every Red Wing Acetate, but it's not a priority of mine.

Overall I believe Series 2 doesn't sell as much as Series 1 since majority of the main rookies are in Series 2 but Series 2 always has those sought after hard-to-pull cards which is mainly for the purpose of Upper Deck trying to sell the boxes. In my experiences I have done extremely well on Series 2. Retired Stars Canvas, Program of Excellence Canvas, OPC Update Auto Ovechkin etc.

I haven't broken much Upper Deck since 11-12. The prices of boxes of Series 2 will continue to drop and people will be breaking cases as they become cheaper on those 'Blowout Sales' or 'Special Event Deals' etc and more of these cards will hit the market.

I have seen a decent Young Gun Acetate sell for a couple dollars on feeBay but it was likely a one-off and one of those rarities that doesn't happen often. I am both saddened that I did not bid on the card and saddened for the seller who lost out on it's true value since I've been there before. That's just the way she goes sometimes with auctions.

Just look at recent sales on eBay, they still sell well. If you pull one in your box it should easily sell for the value of the box which is always a nice hit in my eyes. If you hit a MacKinnon well then your luck just changed :P

Lot of people still collecting that set and selling well.

Just not that many series 2 cases made as series 1.

The reason that series 2 Acetate are not as plentiful as Series 1 is the products they are in

Series 1 Acetates were in 2013-14 Series 2 UD hockey

Series 2 Acetates were in 2013-14 SP Authentic Hockey

My guess is a lot less or SPA has been opened and made than Series 2 UD therefore there are a lot less out there
