if you are born a man you are a man, doesn't matter if you have your private parts removed or some added. still a man/woman.
your dna says you are a man/woman not how you look.

It stops at showing common courtesy to your fellow human beings. And people always wonder why the world is as it is. A simple concept of courtesy and respect can't be grasped.

In that case you try to address them with the gender specific pronouns that they identify with. Another case of simple uncommon respect.

I don't think being respectful in what you say is changing your behavior.
I find the whole concept of gender reassignment mind boggling, it makes little sense to me, but so does a hard core liberal, a crazy religious person, and a whole lot of other people.
If for some reason I was so uncomfortable with it, you could avoid calling them by their name or gender, or you could sue.
If you genuinely slip and call them their original name, so be it, but only you know if it is genuine or not.
