nope, true US postage stamps cost the same everywhere in the US. The only way to save money is to buy a ton of them before they increase in cost, since the Forever stamps do not have a denomination on them. So, if you bought a bunch today at .49 cents, and then they raised the rate to 55 cents next week, you would be able to use your 49 cent Forever stamps and be saving 6 cents each time. However, that requires a larger outlay of money now.

You might be able to get some discounted stamps on ebay but be extremely careful. They could be selling you used uncancelled stamps.

Easiest way is to buy Forever stamps in rolls now. It is best I think to buy a roll at a time depending on how much your sending out a roll lasts a good bit.For a while I would buy a roll of forever every pay day. I still have 7 rolls stored.

How much is a roll of Forever Stamps? I send out balls, which take 12 total, and buy by the book at $9.80 each...would it make more sense just to buy rolls?

True US postage from the US Postal Service costs the same whether you are buying a single stamp or 100 stamps, you don't get a discount. Buying a roll makes it easier for you, but it doesn't save you any money, as it is the same cost as buying each stamp separately.
