One man jumped from stupidity after EATING a marijuana cookie & another shot his wife after EATING marijuana candy. Anyone who knows anything about marijuana knows that in any kind of food the concentrate of the THC is greater than just smoking a bowl or joint.

Yes, and yes they are illegal. That's the point. Banning tobacco products in this municipality would make them illegal too. If you have no problem with banning a product nationally, why have a problem banning it locally? One could argue, rightly, that tobacco causes more damage than the others.

When things are illegal then yes I am all for banning them but I have yet to find out that tobacco use is illegal or has become illegal here in the Free World.

Oh, so let's just put that aside and forget that it happened.

So you are FOR banning things that are ALREADY banned? Good to know. Makes perfect sense. SMH

How many accidents are because of Cannibas?

If you say 0, I'll just laugh at you.

I find it odd that one would claim zero deaths from marijuana. The primary way of ingestion is smoking. I'm sure there are some cases where people have gotten cancer, heart disease or respiratory disease from smoking marijuana. Toss in that it effects your reaction times and driving I'm bet there are people who have died in car accidents involving marijuana. Saying that it's zero seems ridiculous to me. Not that amounts of death something causes means it should be illegal.

Does this surprise anyone? There are some lawmakers here that want to ban you from smoking in your own home.

OH Lord I worded it wrong. That comment was in reference to your comment about cocaine & crack. If crap is already illegal then it is already banned or outlawed. The thing is why take away our right to pursue happiness? I understand the use of tobacco in restaurants, bars & other public venues but why ban the whole thing?

No it did happen but at least get it right if you are using such as an example.
