Plus, for a gas tank to explode, I think the plane would have sustained much more damage. And, for there to be only ONE previous fuel tank explosion, and that being due to lightning, to happen, ever?

I have no idea why it was done. It can't be because they wanted to kill someone on board? They could have easily arrested them.

The only thing I could think of is to test out home land security defense system on a real life/real time object? But then again, why on our own?

I didn't go through the entire report, but curious to what was said about the Anti-Muslim video that was to blame for the terrorist attack on Benghazi. I mean at first it was a rally, caused by a youtube video.

Now it's a premediated terrorist attack on a US compoound.

It did cover that... it said conflicting reports were coming out of Libya with regards to motive (including that)... the report went on to say that the conflicting reports lead to the confusion in the reporting of the story in the early days (IE Rice).

As to your broader point insinuating the government is lying.. this was a REPUBLICAN lead investigation that had followed multiple concluded investigations 2 years ago. The entire point of it was to find fault in the white house.. it was a witch hunt that came up empty.

First, I don't think you can compare Fox, CBS, ABC, NBC to talk radio or other media sources of the pundits. These are generally for entertainment and many "like-thinking" people listen to them for nuggets and entertainment, I really don't think these outlets can be considered news outlets like the ones aforementioned.

Second, its no big secret that Fox leans right, its no big secret that CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CNN, Headline News, etc., etc. lean left. How is it so blatant that what Fox does is brainwashing and not the the other 99% of news organizations do for the liberalization of Americans? Most people watch the biggie news channels so you need to criticize them for what they do if you are going to criticize Fox for right-leaning.

1) outside of MSNBC.. the rest of the news outlets try to report news without bias. Some people involved in those agencies might be biased, but all agencies aim to be straight forward. Fox and MSNBC purposely distort the news to fit their own dogma.. and fox has been caught numerous times manipulating / lying / doctoring photos, even collecting talking points from the Bush White House during his presidency. NONE of the other agencies have been accused or proven to do these things (sans CBS's Dan Rather report which he was fired for).

If I told you a paid consultant of a republican official said something really stupid.. would you be this obsessed with it? The fact is this man is not an elected offical, what he said was stupid, and what he said was more than a year ago, yet you are talking about it today. Why? I can actually agree with this. I would also say that I personally do not believe in any conspiracy stuff such as what happened to the missing jet or some super secret agenda about Benghazi. I do think people try to cover their butts when something happens and they know it may make them look bad/guilty in some way.

also anyone who takes the word of any media source without looking into it, is surely being influenced by the inherent bias of the source, which always exists.

the issue with this thread it started as a bunch of nonsense and some may have tried to turn it into some "challenge".
But, people tend to try and call people out on here, it seems to becoming a trend.

From this point on I will start to try and curb members from doing this, so anyone who reads this take note of it.
