Trevor linden brilliance auto...or is that a seguin signature?
This is what the card should look like...

This is mine...
And here is a copy of a seguin auto....

What gives?
I'd rather have one signed by linden but maybe this is a rare commodity that could be valuable? Or is it somehow a fake?

That's definitely a Seguin auto and not Linden's. Seguin's 12-13 Brilliance was released as part of the Update series in this year's cup so in theory his signature was not available when the Linden was released. I doubt it's a fake though (that's a lot of effort to fake the Brilliance cards) so it probably is just a screw up. Maybe Seguin did sign but UD didn't have time to manufacture his 12-13 card and somehow his auto got mixed up with Trev's.
On a side note, how did you get your Brilliance card to scan in so nicely? When I tried to scan in mine, you couldn't even make out the autos.

So does anyone think there is a collecting market for this card or is it just scrap?
I just use my scanner. Camera photos don't seem to really work...
Whatever the actual answer is....obnoxiously large!

I believe when I had the Messier, I had it in a 360pt one-touch.

Yeah these are a weird in-between size. I've got mine in one of those 20-count base 2-piece things with a fat decoy behind it.

I've got mine in 360 one-touches with a penny sleeve in the bottom to take up the slack.
As for whether there's a market for these kind of error cards, I would guess not really. You never know though. Also, I think if you contacted UD, they would at least replace it with another Linden auto (but probably not a Brilliance) just to get the error out of circulation.

Ya I might give them a call. Problem is I'd probably have to send them this one and it may not be worth the cost of shipping...
