Sweet Kobe Bryant/ Michael Jordan dual AUTO FS!!!

Several members seem to think I have a fake scan of an e-bay auction (even though it's a completely different scan) and selling this card on here won't happen.

I'm not even angry, I just didn't know the paranoia was that bad now. I sold my Kobe PC about a year and a half ago and I kept just this card, its been sitting on my T.V and I finally figured to just sell it and grab like eight or nine hundred bucks and buy something else I wanted.

I collected cards for a long time and had been scammed quite a few times. I had a Reggie Wayne NFL logo card that was fake, I had two Kobe AUTO's that were trimmed and a rare 90's insert that was trimmed. I had a Magic Johnson/Larry Bird dual AUTO where the Magic AUTO was touched up and I had traded it to someone else and they noticed it so I had to do a trade back, talk about embarrassing.

I feel for you guys. Constantly worrying about buy something and not getting it is a feeling I don't miss at all. I mean you guys are convinced that this card isn't mine and I am trying to scam (scamming Paypal is just plain stupid now BTW) someone. I don't collect cards anymore, but when I did I was very active on here and I was as honest as anybody. 456 with no negatives (and I didn't trade base cards) and people think I am pulling something? Looks like I made the right call on leaving the hobby.

I know that was long and lame (and you guys can make fun of me if you want), but when I saw this when I woke up I really couldn't believe it. Has it really gotten that bad?

Is there a reason why this same exact card is on ebay right now with 3 days remaining and with 22 bids, at over $600 + shipping? I was interested in this but something seems a tad bit fishy here lol!

And I mean SAME exact card...

    I found the link here:

This one has gray in the background and the AUTO's are a little different.

It does look pretty similar though. It makes sense that one is on e-bay since Kobe is about to pass Jordan on the all-time scoring list.

It would be suspicious if I had zero feedback and just opened an account.

I see what you are saying. That is the same exact card. Look at the little dark dots about the M in michael, and the E in kobe. Looks exact to me. Not saying this poster is in the wrong, but maybe the ebay person is? Even looks like the same exact white wear on the back of the card and corners

Looks like you're right. Probsteiner is a consigner so I'm wondering what's actually going on here.

That's exactly what I'm saying. It's different scans but the exact same individual card. If only it had a serial number, then it would be totally obvious, even though it already is. It just seemed really fishy to me lol, especially with such a nice and high-end card.

Damn, that went south quick. If only I didn't hate e-bay so much.

No one is blaming you for trying to scam, we're just confused as to what is going on. The exact card that you had scans of is also being sold on ebay. Not a different copy of the card, the exact card. For all we know, the one on ebay used a previous scan of your card to try and sell a different copy.
