Did you have a trade set up in the Trade manager? If so, you can put it in dispute so the dispute team can handle it. But if not, there is not much that SCF can do to help.

We do have a trade set up in the trade manager. He informed me in early April that he was going to be sending my stuff back but hasn't yet. He was dealing with some personal issues and life was crazy. I don't want to open up a dispute as of yet because he is a very reliable, trustworthy trader. Just hoping he will see my posts and remind him to send my stuff back!

I would advise you to open a dispute. He has been logged onto this site, including yesterday, and if he hasn't sent yet, then the dispute team should get in touch with him.
