Looking for help identifying an autograph on this Raiders Helmet

Hey everyone I have had this Raiders helmet for awhile given to me by and I am having difficulty identifying one autograph on this helmet and I am looking for help to identify this former Raider's autograph just above the smiley face. I know the one on top is Willie Gault and Jeff Barnes signed the other side. Any help is appreciated. The autograph is most likely a Raider from the late 60's to early 90's. It looks as if it's either personalized with a 30 or 36. Here are the players that wore those jersey numbers in Raider History, in that timeframe:

    30
    Roger Hagberg 1965-1969
    Stacey Toran 1984-1988
    Mark van Eeghen 1974-1981

    36
    Clem Daniels 1961-1967
    Mike Davis 1978-1985
    Lloyd Edwards 1969-1969
    Greg Hill 1987-1987
    Bob Hudson 1973-1974
    Terry McDaniel 1988-1997
    Manfred Moore 1976-1976

    Hope it helps.

so are we sure it's just one autograph or two separate graphs underneath 83?

because if you just take the small scribble underneath the other scribble, it most likely is #36 Clem Daniels

These are all of the things I've tried but haven't really helped at all. Kinny King has a few variations of his signature but none look like this or have a smily face. Jeff Barnes and George Atkinson both sign with smiley faces in their sigs but neither of them wore a number in the 30s. Doesn't look like hewritt dixson or clem daniels autos that I have seen. Doesn;t look like Anthony Dorsett either who wore Number 33 for the raiders. I know I've looked at more stuff but this is all I reme, ber I'm a Raiders collector so this is really bugging me. I'm thinking this might have been from one of the "Raiderville" signings they do before games in Oakland but I can't find a list of who has appeared at all these. I live in Indiana but got to go the one of those signings in 2006 and got jeff barnes, rod martin and Jim Otto. I know Barnes signs a lot and Sam Williams does also and jerry robinson and Greg Townsend but it doesn't look like any of them either.
