When is a good time to send ST TTM'S out?

Now. I usually go with end of January for managers, pitchers, and catchers and a couple days before v-day for everyone else.

I am really starting to think that I might send only a handful to ST this season and do a regular mailing instead. I just got a box of Pro Set Superstars Music Cards and my heart is telling me that I met sooner mail to Huey Lewis, Taylor Dayne and others from that box. I also picked up a set of Country Gold cards and Charlie Daniels and Hank Jr. would be great additions to my collection. I might just send a couple ST, but nothing like I used to. I started a vacation today and had planned on sorting ST cards out and getting them going in the mail, but my heart is not in it this season.
