    Hello all,

A recent trade with a member here pushed me to upload some long due pictures of my hockey jersey collection.

Really nice collection! Like the older era ones, and the Selanne as well. The Ducks sure change jerseys a lot, don't even remember that one!

Thanks guys. The Ducks jersey (from stadium series, there's a commemorative patch on one shoulder) is in the category that you have to see in person to judge adequately.

Thinking about that, it's always like that. In person some jersey's have appel (or not), but an "authentic one", depending of the maker, can reserve some surprises.

That Anaheim is like that. Ugly at first stance on a computer, but quite nice to see live. The central patch is really high quality, hard to describe. But from a long view it's an ugly one.

The North Stars is generally the most impressive for people seeing them.

Ok, good than, my memory isn't That bad! Ya, they are best appreciated in person, the new Caps and Wild jersey's I like a lot. I think the vintage B's one will be a purchase one day soon.
Bit of shame the NHL didn't for see a day when the Stars returning to the NHL, those look really sharp also, plus the historic connection to the pretty decent players and teams of their past.

    cheers

Well, it depends, it's a mix of things. Of course the "named jersey's" are China (or Thaďland, or well, you know), but there are also several who are authentic vintages ones, with 20-30 years or age.

The only jersey with a name that is from his original year is my Robitaille, witch is awsome. A military guy in permission goes to a Flames vs Kings match in 1986 and he randomly bought a Kings jersey with a player he don't have a clue about.

I had a friend, he told me that story, I contact the military guy, he said you can pass see the jersey, I still have it, I pass, I got it. Kijiji before Kijiji.

I didn't robbed him, and when I put the jersey on me before quitting... he had a face like someone who just became lucid, but was realising something. Anyway.

Concerning the Nordiques jersey, (Chicago jersey at the end was purchased from NHL site),absolutely right comment according to me. The blue is too heavy, too violet, too dark. In inself it's looking killer sharp, but Nordiques blue was far less light.

    But look...

    Hard to say.

I absolutely don't mind having any form of jersey, because I collect jersey's. But according to me, a 1980 white authentic jersey with no wear or sign of real deterioration is a far superior jersey in value, even $, than a china knock-off. Or dark. But white is cool because harder to get in all-white shape.

But if you put that Predator jersey made in X country, equip and go playing outside with associated equipment, you'll look quite great for an incredible price.

Each jersey have his own history, his own price for someone else and itself, and the moments associated with theirs distinctives acquisition circomstances that correlate with life-events.

    Lots of new stuff today:

I have to match each of these jersey's with their companion. Sometimes edge 2.0 is a necessity over those beauties from the past.
