rebuilding collection
had a bad fire back in 08 lost nearly 30k cards ..some signed some #'d and vintage one..but got my collection back up to around 38k cards now so thats good and lots of sigs

That is awful. At least you got out safely though as cards can mostly always be replaced.

yea most can be replaced i didnt lose all my valuable ones i was out for a year and a half while they rebuilt the place.. lost around $2-3000 worth of cards but i didnt get hurt ..it was at 4 am ..some idiot was smoking in his apt and didnt put it out properly fire was back in 08 but and still going through my inv though i lost stuff like a wayne gretzky auto and some binders of game used from packs
