    National Sports Collectors Convention Announces
    1st Vintage Break in Chicago



    Chicago, IL -- The National Sports Collectors Convention (@NatSportsShow) is excited to announce today they will be hosting the first ever "National Vintage Break" (hit draft) sponsored by Heritage Auctions (@HeritageAuctions) and RippingWax.com (@RippingWax), located at the Case Break Pavilion on the AmazonSports.com Main Stage, at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, Saturday, August 1st at 12 noon.

    Heritage Auctions, the world's largest collectibles auctioneer, is teaming up with RippingWax.com, a true pioneer in the collectible Hobby's "Case Breaking" industry, to bring in some spectacular vintage collectibles, including a Babe Ruth signed baseball, to highlight the first ever "National Vintage Break."

    The event will be limited to fifteen (15) participants who will assemble on the AmazonSports.com Main Stage to participate in the live vintage break (hit draft), which will be simulcast online. Each participant will purchase a spot with a $2,500 entry fee. Using random.org the fifteen participants' names will be selected to determine draft order. The live draft itself will then take place on the main stage where participants can select the available slots shown below. The estimated value of the significant vintage cards/memorabilia the winners can take home totals $40,000+.

    TOPPS HOSTS WEDNESDAY VIP PARTY AT 36TH NATIONAL IN CHICAGO National VIP Set.



    The Topps Company is proud to host The National Sports Collectors Convention VIP Party to kick off the National Sports Collection Convention in Rosemont, IL, on Wednesday, July 29.

    The VIP party, which is set to begin at 2:30 p.m., will feature free autograph guests - baseball favorites Rollie Fingers and Bret Saberhagen, and hockey Hall of Famer Pierre Pilote. Topps will giveaway great prizes throughout the party.

    Leaf Announces 2015 National Set

    The 2015 Leaf National set will consist of 12 cards. VIPs will find a 4-card pack in their welcome package. The set includes two different Yoan Moncada cards, Jamis Winston, Marcus Mariota, Todd Gurley, Melvin Gordon, Connor McDavid, Mitchell Marner, Dylan Strome, Brett Hundley, Bryce Petty, and Kyle Schwarber.
