Lots still up for grabs, way to go Penguins nice to blow a 3 goal lead, at least they got 1 point. The Rangers have clinched home ice throughout and the President's trophy CONGRATS BLUESHIRTS.

And that is that. Eichel is playing for Buffalo next year, unless they win the lottery, and McDavid plays for the Blue and Gold!!!

So with Ottawa's win they clinch and currently hold 3rd place in the Atlantic Division.
These are the remaining scenarios for the Habs -- and this is just one team with all this action left today to get things settled!
If Montreal wins OR loses in overtime/shootout OR if Tampa Bay loses in any fashion, Montreal wins the Atlantic Division and would face the top Wild Card team.
If Pittsburgh wins in regulation or overtime AND if Detroit loses in regulation, Montreal plays Pittsburgh.
If Pittsburgh loses in any fashion AND Detroit loses in regulation, Montreal plays Detroit.
If Detroit wins in any fashion OR loses in overtime, Montreal plays Ottawa.
If Montreal loses in regulation AND Tampa Bay wins in any fashion, Montreal finishes in 2nd in the Atlantic Division and would face the #3 Atlantic Division team.
If Detroit loses in regulation, Montreal plays Ottawa.
If Detroit wins OR loses in overtime/shootout, Montreal plays Detroit.
That's a crazy amount of combinations and moving parts. Ottawa's win earlier removes the possibility of a Montreal/Boston first-round matchup.Habs fan and collector! Main PC's: Carey Price, Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Juraj Slafkovsky, and of course...

Not sure why the Kings started Quick in the last game.....Coach Sutter felt the need to sit his best goalie in game 80 in almost a must win.....why start him in the last meaningless game??? I don't like to question a coach who's led a team to 2 Cups in 3 yrs.....but that was definitely a head scratcher.
