Authentic 500 Homerun Ball?
Hey guys I'm new to the forum and I have this ball signed by:
Hank Aaron
Ted Williams
Eddie Mathews
Reggie Jackson
Willie McCovey
Ernie Banks
Mickey Mantle
Frank Robinson
Mike Schmidt
Willie Mays
and Harmon Killebrew
I need to have it authenticated but wanted to see what you guys thought about the authenticity of the autographs before I pay to have it authenticated.

You should check with the guys on Autograph Magazine Live forum. There are some experts with those signatures and they can give you an answer.

That willie is faked but most of them look really good. The Mantle looks a little off

I'm no expert but several do look a bit off just compared to the IP and authenticated stuff in my collection

Its a perfectly plausible item to have, as there were 500 HR Club collector conventions that they all appeared at together about 20 years ago now. Here's a poster that I think gives good comparisons of all of them at once.

The Mantle is definitely bad, that's a "Banana Mickey" as it were.
I don't like the Ted Williams or the Hank Aaron either.

The Banks, McCovey, Schmidt, Mays, Ted Williams, and Reggie Jackson look good.. I have seen Aarons that are similar, Mantles are so easily forged I'd want another opinion, and Frank Robinson and Killebrew don't look like their normal nice ones, but when trying to fit their names on a multi-sig ball, that changes things. All in all, I believe most are legit if not all of them.
