Hi all,

I'm a new member here, and I found this site doing some searches about card collecting. As a kid I collected baseball, basketball, and a few football cards, and now I am passing that tradition down to my son, who is almost 10. I have gotten back into collecting a little bit, mostly vintage junk wax era, as that was what I collected when I was growing up, but more so I'm buying cards for my son now. I love to see the excitement when he rips a new pack open. Seeing him pull a Peyton Manning Topps card around Christmas time was quite a thrill, he was literally jumping up and down excited.

We have just started sending some of my duplicate cards out for TTM autographs in the past day or so, I'm sure once we get our first success he will be hooked. Thanks for the great site!

Thanks all...my son and I have 2 TTMs out now: Stu Cliburn and Frank Tanana. Both looked like they were very good and fairly fast signers, so here's hoping we get a couple of quick hits!

Going to try a Ron Gant next and then send out something for Jodi Benson and Mary Costa as my 2 daughters are Disney Princess fanatics. My 4 year old LOVES The Little Mermaid.
