Does Anyone Know what this is? Deseasn Jackson Error Rookie Card?

Hey guys, I was going through some older binders and found this. It's definitely not a man made mark from me and I was wondering if it could just be a misprint on this? Any help appreciated

It looks like a card that quality control should have caught & destroyed.

That is the amoeba variation for the science buffs, very rare. Not many amoebas in the NFL due to their size, especially one that can cover Desean. Just a joke. Opened a case of that stuff and there were no parallels of this nature.
