Tarasenko: Buy, Sell or Hold?

Just got my Trilogy Tarasenko /699 - no e-mail indicating it was coming, of course. So, are his card values peaking (i.e., does anyone really believe the Blues can win a Cup?), holding steady or still have a higher ceiling? Opinions, please - should I hold this card, quick sell it on the boards or put it up on eBay ASAP?

It being a trilogy card I would sell it, as they tend to lose value very quickly after release.

As his Rookie Autos start coming in the mail and appearing on the secondary market the cards will go for a premium. Over time it will calm down and you could buy back for less than you sold it for.

As for Tarasenko in general, hold.

I think you are 100% correct - definitely leaning towards slapping it up on eBay this afternoon on a 3-day auction.

Tarasenko sells well right now because there's not a lot out there, as more of his redemptions finally come in his demand will drop and so will prices. Everybody who was dropping $75+ on Prizm and Select auto's is going to have buyers remorse in a couple of months when the card is worth less than half what they paid.
