Mark Stone Young Guns Value
Hi guys,
Pulled a 12-13 Mark Stone Young Gun two years ago. At the time, I never thought it would be worth much more than $5. Now on ebay, most cards in the last week have sold around $10.
With the Sens just clinching a playoff spot, is now the time to sell? I don't think he can win the calder considering Johnny Hockey's performance this year.
Thank you!

I'd sell. The odds of him continuing of playing at this level aren't great. And even if he does, he'd have to play considerably better going forward to see them continue to rise in value. The only question is, will Ottawa go past the first round? Can he win the Calder? That will temporarily help values.

His season is better than Johnny and deserves calder....
That's how silly this hobby is for the prices people pay for basically the same player just different timing...
YG'S aren't worth anything long term so you might as well
But 12-13 products aren't as open so there's less out there...
$10 or $5 ...does it really matter?
Maybe stone will win conn Smythe and calder lol

He's at about a point per game since the new year, and has succeeded at every level from Juniors (including WJC) and the AHL, so there's reason to believe he can continue to be a force in the NHL. Unfortunately he was drafted pretty low, as injuries really dropped his stock in his draft year, which hurt his value early on and only now are people starting to realize what he can do. His cards have room to go up, but only if he continues to be great throughout the playoffs. Probably a good time to sell
Just saw this one, good lord:

If I had to put money on who'll be the best player between Hoffman and Stone, I would put it all on Stone.
He can be a consistent 30 goal 60-70+ point per season kinda guy.
