Penguins are outplaying the Rangers pretty bad, now leading 2-1

Well that period was a disaster for the Rangers, Crosby waking up and scoring 2 goals hurts. I see no urgency from the Rangers 3-1 might as well be 10-1 at this point.

Spuds Im glad you confirmed that for me cause I cant believe what I just saw. 3 goals in a period I must be dreaming.
If they come out of NY even, this series changes dramatically.

Yeah that is the worst period I have seen from the Rangers in long time....think this is a lost cause tonight. Didn't think we were sweeping, so it will be good to get this one out of the way!

A few ticky-tacky calls against Pens this game (past the high stick on Miller)... like the one just now against Sutter. Unless I missed what it was actually called for versus what I thought it was called for.
However, Pens were still undisciplined for a few of them.Last edited by the_nange; 04-18-2015 at 10:39 PM.

The final of 4-3 was a lot closer than it should've been, The Rangers can never do anything easy.

great game, Sidney Crosby was awesome and so was Sutter, he is a stud!
Pens best players tonight were the defence, great blocks and postions.
series now tied 1-1
GO PENS GO!!!!

No question the Pens were the better team tonight in spite of the refs. I expect a different rRangers team on Monday. AV, is great at preparing the team and Henrik rarely has back to back poor games. Expect to split in Pittsburgh. God help us though if Crosby scores two a game!

Pens gave the NYR energy by giving them that first powerplay. PEns were playing well before that. Still a long game to go though. Rangers getting away with lots of small things right now... Questionable missed penalty against NYR right before Pens 2nd goal also not helping the "Refs are out to get Pens" storyline.
edit: Is it me or are the Rangers interfering with every Penguins cutting across the front of the net?Last edited by the_nange; 04-20-2015 at 08:39 PM.
