Aaron Hernandez FOUND GUILTY OF MURDER.

Just broke on all the news casts. Another sad case of an athlete who cannot give up thug life.

Life without parole. I got $20 that says he kills someone in prison. Just saw the other day that Lawrence Phillips is under investigation for killing his cellmate. Once a thug, always a thug, but the NFL cares more about jersey sales and TV earnings so they will keep bringing in these guys with character issues and questionable histories and cross their fingers and hope for the best.

When all the guys with class quit the game or don't start for their safety and health reasons, these Hernandez types will be all the NFL has left in 10 years.

That's a bit extreme. There will always be bad guys in the NFL but when actually looking at the numbers there are way more good guys than bad. Also, Hernandez is such an extreme of even the bad guys in the NFL. I don't see NFL players turned convicted murderer being a trend moving forward.

I hate how he gets life in prison. Give him the chair or firing squad.

Was the death penalty on the table? Not sure what Massachusetts allows.

It isn't. I just wish it was.
