    Advice needed: Lost/Stolen card...FOUND!!!

    Long story short,

    i made a High end trade 3 months ago via Ebay ( i know, my mistake) I received an unopened envelope with an empty one Touch..No card.

    the card finally appeared on eBay last week ( Thanks to Doniceage)

    different seller but same card of course...

    I would be on the phone with the police and Canada Post asap.

    I guess the issue with be proof that you owned it, it is going to be your word vs. the person that owns it now. That really sucks, sorry to hear this happened to you.

    Contact Ebay first and let them know you traded for the card and never got it, yet the card has ended up being for sale on Ebay.
    Hope you have enough proof to show the police that the card is yours and not his.
