can someone that's knowledgeable about ebay check this out and see what you think

I don't know alot about ebay, I've just started alittle while ago I've bought afew cards I need and sold afew... anyway there was a bowman bubble refractor auto I needed but i forgot about it and it ended, we'll a week later another 1 came up and I made a counter offer and I ended up buying it... it was numbered 65/99.. I got to thinking after I bought it and looked back at the 1 that didn't sell and it was 65/99 too.. so I asked the guy I bought it from he said yeah he has multiple accounts.. I'm just trying to figure out why you would need multiple accounts? The guy I bought it from has like 3500 sales and only 2 negatives so I don't think he's a scammer I just don't know

    See JRule15's Items on eBay

EBAY does allow people to have multiple accounts. I suppose what one does with them is their deal.

Lets say I buy exclusively on EBAY and have for years and have a 100% Feedback and I'd like to sell a couple things. There's always a risk that someone complains about the tiniest of things an leaves you negative tarnishing that feedback.

So one might have a selling account and one a buying account. Or one a "business" account and one a personal account. Those types of things.
