Ultimate Vault draft break hits - 39 in total!

I was going to go for a full case but got cold feet when I saw some weak ones (there were some incredible ones too mind you).

Did multiple GB hit drafts with Breakawaysportscards and one full box. Worked out to the equivalent of 13 boxes (yikes!) but I loved the product.

I'll only post the nicer ones. There are others in the bucket. Most are available though the bigger hits will probably remain PC unless there's an offer I can't refuse, but I doubt it given the historical significance of the pieces.

    Anyway here's some card porn:

A little vintage to start (sweet swatch on the Keon)

    A bit of Stevie Y

    Mario 3 colour

Nice Jersey and Patch of Marty, a sweet All-Star piece, and a Team Canada Quad

Really nice patch on this Francis

Complete Jerseys of some pretty good players and a Cheevers Gold original 1/1

A couple other original Gold 1/1's (Potvin and Messier/Modano/Sakic)

Couple Emblem attics (traded for a "When there six" Leafs card)

    Couple Great Vintage pieces

    And a top 5!

Coming in at 5 a nice Quad of 2 of the best (Howe/Richard) and a couple other bums ;)

At number 4 the best of the best of the Bleu, Blanc et Rouge

At 3 is a dual #99 from the licensed era

I should mention that I was lucky enough to pick first in 3 or 4 of the breaks. In one break I ended up with the top 2 picks. Easily the luckiest I've ever been and these 2 were obviously #1 overall picks. It's always nice to pick first, but you also have to hope there's a killer card in the case. I think this qualifies!

    At #2:

I was incredibly excited to get something so historical. Easily my favourite card. Decided to go in on one last GB with 2 spots. Went in with spot #1 and #15 and after the random I had picks #1 and #15. The odds of staying in exactly the same spots are probably longer than winning the lottery (would've preferred the lottery though lol). Anyway there aren't many cards that could beat that decades card but this does IMO. What's the saying? What's better than one Decades 10's card? Why 2 decades 10's cards of course!

At #1 with my first ever piece of Vezina:

Thinking of trying for the decades set UM 11 Vault. Figure I have the hardest one to track down......

The rest are in here (Hall Scrapbook auto, Bourque Blades of Steel, Sundin triple are of note): http://s1173.photobucket.com/user/Ch...?sort=3&page=1

Anyway thanks for the look and enjoy your breaks.
