    Not hockey cards but still very cool!

    Good family friend of mine, their father passed away and had boxes of The Hockey News plus other vintage hockey magazines dating as far back as 1954.

    They were generous enough to pass them onto me, now I know they aren't worth much but the history in these pages is invaluable! I've got a lot of reading to catch up on! Here are some photos so far, I'll update this thread as I go through more boxes.





    Even in the 60's they were debating fighting in hockey! Who knew!

    Very nice... The ones you showed are in great condition. Might be informative to read the difference between articles 40 to 60 years ago and today.
