Fun project! Those SP jersey cards really look great in person, nice set to do! No Sakic/Sakic dual?
Than there is this beauty, and cheap too...:P

The patch cards and combos scare the bleep outta me :D

Grabbed a sad handful, lotsa base cards..................

Don't collect Sid, Geno or Ovi anymore.............

on't collect the Sedins or Tavares anymore either. The DiMaggio bat card is soooooo nice but I don't have anywhere to display baseball cards. It's too nice to sit in a binder so it sits in a box? Moo.

Good stuff Ed! Love your scans and randomness of cards

If you don't collect Sid anymore I'm sure we can work something out. I have some Kesler to get rid of if you are still collecting him! And could always find something for you if I look hard enough !

Welp. Vacation's over. Back to it tomorrow morning. The stress, ten people constantly talking and trying to talk over each other. The inane chatter about the BC Lions, Big Brother & The Bachelorette (and these are two MEN, or should I say "men" blabbering on and on about it. Two "men" and one of the phone ladies) Back to the stabbing pains in my stomach, the irregular bowel movements, the hacking after one too many smoke breaks because I just can't handle sitting at my desk anymore.

Sweet Jeebus, back maybe 15 years ago I was working at a different company, same job, there were four desks in a big square with partitions dividing them. Sitting across from me was Phil Marshall, old bastid in his 50's, chain smoker, ate garbage for lunch every day. One day it was all normal until I heard a "GARKKK" sound and then the thump of his head hitting his desk on his way out of his seat and on to the floor. I will never forget that sound as I picture him clutching his chest and going down.

Six months later he's back at work. It's the only thing he knows how to do. It's the only thing I know how to do.

I COULD pay $140 an hour to tell all this to a professional, but why would I do that? $140 buys me almost a box of crappy SPA hahahaaa.

Well here ya go, the last picture show til next weekend I guess.................

A couple PC Roys - as long as he ain't in an Avs jersey he's ok by me - and a Sid I'm actually keeping, part of the Winter Classic set I'll never finish off.

The Serge Savard plate is from a Czech set commemorating the games that Team Canada played against the Czechs in 1972. The games were from 1972, not that card.

    I miss Roberto Luongo.

Ok! We'll seeyas all later eh?
