    Splitting up the PC

So, after a lot of consideration, I believe it is time for me to split up my huge Malhotra PC. I just don't get the same enjoyment from it as I once did, and I find that the passion isn't there anymore. I understand that most of my PC won't sell, but I'm wondering, would it be better to sell off pieces individually, especially to set collectors, or to try and sell the whole thing in one large lot?

    What do you guys think?

I think piece by piece would be better. It's hard to find another collector who will drop a large sum of money on a Malhotra PC right now.

Good luck with whatever you decide on :)

I agree, selling your Malhotra pieces separately will allow set collectors or team collectors a chance to pick up their needs quickly. If you try to sell as a lot, it could take a long time waiting for the right buyer(s).

    Good Luck!

I see this happening more and more frequently these days. Always sad to see long-time collectors losing the fire.

I'd say that, personally, your best option is to sell it all together. Find an LCS or something. You may have to take a bit of a hit but everything will be gone that you want gone.

But what will be easiest to get the ball rolling is to break it up and go piece by piece. You'll end up holding the bag with a lot of stuff though. The bigger cards will move, but those OPC parallels and stuff? Be prepared to take them with you.

Yeah, I'm weighing both options right now, I might have to take it to an LCS, but I feel like a have a handful of pieces that I feel I could get a lot more for selling individually. I wouldn't say I'm losing the fire, I'm just not as into this chapter of my collecting life as I once was.
