I heard production is 3.5's higher this year.

I think people are nuts to pay $300US on his YG. I was watching one today that had 17, or so bids on it end at $305.00 US plus shipping. In the auction listing, there are always numerous other ones shown (same cards) still available at auction, and I look, and see one on a Buy It Now for $249.99 with free shipping. I guess the guy that paid $305+ had an extra $55 + to throw away, lol. Man, people are dumb.

Dumb? Perhaps. Unexpected? No.

Exclusive parallels seem much harder this year. Also, with nothing numbered in retail, they can print tons of retail and no-one will notice for a while. It might have been a good break at release price, but now with boxes going up, for me that will be discounted tins or nothing.

Unproven talent? There is this guy,Wayne Gretzky. You may have heard of him. He believes that McDavid is the best player he's seen since Mario. There is nothing unproven about him at all, he's one of the best hockey players in the world today, at 18. He's destroyed every league and was a ppg carrying a line before he got hurt. Now I don't know or care about his card values but he is a full on stud.

I should add my case was brutal. Terrible collation, one McDavid, didn't even get every young gun. Also didn't hit a signature, day with cup, yg exclusive or any other sp.

I heard one guy busted a case and got NO McDavid, NO Domi, a Trouba Signature Sensations and hit a Clearly /100 card.

I for one pulled 0 Canvas Young Guns in 6 boxes. Not really impressed with collation this year.

That's odd. I broke a case and literally pulled my canvas YGs in this order:

Top row: middle box (Eichel)
2nd row: left and right box (Rantanen and Domi)
3rd row: middle box (Bennett)
4th row: left and right box (Parayko and Larkin)
