Collectors who love old school inserts are about to get their annual fix from Upper Deck with 2015-16 Fleer Showcase Hockey as it is set to deliver today’s biggest stars and rookies on classic designs.

Yeah I was under the assumption that this brand didn't do so well in hockey compared to the basketball version last time around. I guess the Connor effect is why the print runs are going to be higher this time and probably for every other brand this year.

Yup, another UD cash grab. This and Full Force might be two of the lowest value products they pump out.

I like pmgs and platinum medalion even though they sell for nothing.
Nice singles to pick up but to bust a box it's Connor or nothing and probably be $200 cad

Looks like I was confusing this (Showcase) with Fleer Retro. Fleer Retro had the PMGs before so I guess that brand is now gone and they have been added to this?

Showcase has been sort of an omnibus product that includes a lot of the old Fleer brands, including Ultra (13-14), Skybox, Retro, etc.

I likely won't buy any - outside of PC items - but I like Showcase.

I think some are confusing Showcase with Ultra.
