Motörhead frontman Ian 'Lemmy' Kilmister has died aged 70, just two days after finding out he had cancer.
A statement issued on Motörhead's official Facebook page reveals the veteran rocker only learnt he had the disease on Boxing Day, two days after his 70th birthday.
The post reads: 'There is no easy way to say this…our mighty, noble friend Lemmy passed away today after a short battle with an extremely aggressive cancer.
