I got some input and "PRIME" just means fancy jersey piece (seam, multi-colour).
Make sure you don't edit your original post or you'll be disqualified for the week.. Simply make a new one :)

Hmmm. I think we should stick to cards as that would fall under memorabilia, and we have a week specifically for that.

This is Upper Decks definition of a patch card,
Patch Card – A jersey or relic card that features a swatch made from patch(es) on a team jersey. Common patches include jersey numbers, team names, team and league logos.
A pad piece would not be considered a patch card unless it had swatches sewn too it which I don't believe I've ever seen (tags don't count :P).
