they are a hologram set that came in the 91-92 upper deck set. there is a set of 9 in total

No, anybody who wants one already has one. As with any "insert" from the early 90s, it was hot at one time. But they are way too common to be worth anything now. Go to any decent size show, and you'll see them in discount bins (if the dealers even bother to bring them). You can get em on COMC for less than 50 cents.

I concur - they are quite common - BUT still have a great cool factor for me, beautiful full hologram cards!
Beckett lists them as Award Winner Holograms. They were a follow-up to holographic stickers that were issued in 90/91 Upper Deck and the 91/92 images were much clearer than the stickers of the previous year.

Yeah like Gallinator says, the 91-92 versions were pretty nicely done, I'm sure technology's improved even more over the past couple of decades, would love to see some new holograms one day!
