    Online Group/Case breaks

Just looking to get some more info from everyone on this topic, I have just recently started partaking in them and have a blast! I love the gamble at a much lower price than buying an entire case by yourself. Anyways I guess my questions are,

    1) where do you go for your breaks? I really like outoftheboxcards they seem to be where I do most of my breaks, very professional and very welcoming and interactive on breakers & twitch. Breakers comes in terribly for me on all my devices at home so I probably favor them a bit since they also live stream on twitch! I have also used 643boxbreaks who are also great but tend to do more just single box breaks with lots of chances to win extra stuff (pretty cool actually) just like the aspect of getting all the hits from a case rather than one box, I have used them to fill the itch for a couple bucks and actually gotten a couple cool cards from them. Also just bought a team from breakawaysc that is supposed to break tomorrow.

    2) do you enjoy these kinds of breaks rather than the traditional "hit draft" style? I love the hit draft style that DonIceAge does here on SCF but no one else seems to do them (im assuming due to the amount of time it takes for people to draft and other sites not having forums to post your picks on etc) I would do these way more often if I knew about more of them. I try to get into as many of Dons as I can and really enjoy them here!

    3) Who offers the best prices and value for your breaks? I have seen steelcity, dave&adams and cloutsnchara also offer online breaks but seem to be higher priced than the 3 sites I mentioned above. I know cnc guarantees no one gets shut out, but I thin i would rather save $$ and get shut out then pay more and receive a random insert if i was shut out? (going off of what I have heard on the "shut out bonuses"

Thanks for your thoughts and opinions everyone!

Whenever I do online breaks, it is with breakawaysc.com, great guys, fun room, and always a blast, plus for you all the prices are in Canadian funds which with the exchange rate works out pretty well for you, they also do lots of promos which are fun

personally, I only do doniceage's breaks. I like the hit style, and like you, I find it that it is hard to locate other sites with that. My guess is due to the length of time it can take. With random team drafts, cards can be sent out the day after, rather than a couple of weeks of drafting. Personally, I don't mind waiting. It prolongs the money spent in my eyes.
Please check my inventory before my photobucket!!! It's more up to date!!!

hmmm.... like the case breaks too. I usually go with cloutsnchara as their prices are in canadian too. With the exchange rate that you have the prices would be great. I also use 450 sports out of Quebec. the guys are fun and they usually list on ebay but do have followers on facebook and twitter that they offer breaks on as well. Hope that helps

I tend to stay away from team randoms, I have done a couple cheap ones, but I prefer to know which teams I am buying. I like the hit drafts here the best for the same reason you said it gives weeks of entertainment rather than just an hour haha. I love the assortment that Don does as well :)

I work on a project come to end of Summer with case break like Don did with a snake draft. It's my favorite kind of break. More info coming soon.

I think I've done them with three different breakers now....

CnC I have used a bit (I think at least a year ago was the last time). They're good, they're reliable, they're honest. They have lots of traffic, and for for hockey in particular - the breaks fill up pretty quickly.

Another one I've used a bunch (I forget exactly the last time, but I'm sure it was 15-16 season) is @mySTLSportsCards.com (who is also a SCF sponsor):

    https://www.sportscardforum.com/forum...portsCards-com

Really good service, and shipping has always been quick. Their prices are very good: When they're breaking something that CnC is also breaking, I've found that usually even with (what should be) increased shipping costs (I'm in Canada, where CnC is... mySTLSportsCards is in the USA) and the exchange rate, their prices are better.

Plus I've done lots over the years with @doniceage. Keep an eye on the GB forums here.... he's not always running one, but he is quite often. Typically he's doing a "draft the hits" style, so they can take weeks to finish.... but I'm okay with that. Everyone gets decent value for you money (first pick is going to beat the 5th pick, but you'll end up with #1 if you try it enough times!)

I like Top Notch Breaks, the only hockey-only box breaker that I know of based in Arizona. Lowest prices that I know of even when the exchange rate is factored in and shipping is always included. Plus Rob is a very fun host with a terrible over-admiration for Jaromir Jagr (Pimp Daddy #1) and Patrick Roy (Pimp Daddy #2). If you ever join a break, make sure to ask if he can show you the Pimp Daddy #1 rookie card.
