They say you can’t judge a book by it’s cover . . . that looks can be deceiving . . . that dynamite comes in small packages. Rarely, however, do they say all of that in reference to the same thing. But such is the case with Panini America’s upcoming 2015-16 Preferred Basketball, a high-end, nothing-but-hits product that features a new, smaller packaging configuration that strays from the look of past Preferred releases.
