What a cluster! I've posted on their Facebook page asking for some clarification on this. It's very confusing to customers if one rep is saying X and the other is saying Y.

Uhhh they actually call it the AUTO-PENNED EDITION - pretty sure the ones not done in person are autopen.

received mine today and will be sending an email to chapters shortly. Clearly autopenned even tho sticker says signed by wayne and my reccipt says autographed edition not autopenned edition

They call it that now. When this thread was posted on Monday they said Autographed. No need for snarky responses, thank you.

I believe that if you bring it to the nearest store they can process it there as well. I paid via PayPal so I imagine they'll refund my debit card. That's the hope anyways.

Well i ordered one as well, but ill be keeping it still most likely a good read and that was the main draw. No way he would have unlimited copies of an auto'd book so its not surprising.

I just got a call from an Indigo PR rep offering a credit for the difference between the price of the Autopenned edition and regular. $14. Apparently the upcoming signing in Edmonton is going to only be handing out autopenned books. Gretzky isn't going to actually sign anything.
