    The response I received on facebook from UD.

    Hello Michael, the pricing we offered the dealers and distributors was the same in years past. When it comes to the prices you currently see such as on online or on breaking sites is really due to the hobby stores setting their prices. A lot of it comes from the simple supply and demand and how "hot" or "cold" a product is. Also for our Canadian friends the exchange rate from USD to CAD is not in their favor so the prices have increased for them.

    Seems to me that DACW and businesses like them are price gouging.
