The Exclusives that are currently on E-Bay support the theory that the one on the left is cut correctly.

Makes sense.. As it's unlikely the extra letter would be there to have to cut off in the first place if you think about it.

Odd thing for me is that a off-center, or miscut card usually has a portion of the image from another card on one edge. With this card you only have one image, though it is slightly right-shifted. Without the second example, you might never realize there is a difference

Yeah exactly that's what I think, most don't know that there is cards going around that are cut incorrectly, i heard that there was some floating around that were cut wrong and once I had two in hand I could see the difference, the difference is very slight but once you see it you can easily tell that one of them is wrong

Thanks for sharing that info, signs are pointing more and more towards the left one being the one, Upper Deck will probably get back to me on Monday so we all know for sure i'm at about 90% right now that the left is correct

I wondered this too. Then I'm guessing that Upper Deck may actually oversize the cards just a bit to compensate if they miss-cut a card, and becomes a bit off-centre.

I have one of the Young Guns Uncut sheets. You're correct. The cards on the sheet are larger and can be miscut without having the bordering cards becoming part of the cut.

When I have a moment I will post a pic of the sheet.

Found this listing of a Gem Mint 9.5 with had a centering grade of 9.

Notice how this one has letter SC and half of the H showing? That is the centering we're looking for, no? Some of his YG's just have letters 'SC' on the boards, with the H totally cut off.
