How do you display your auto's, make copies, store originals?
I have a lot of autographs: sports, music, etc....
Mostly cuts, cards and photos.
I am wanting to enjoy them, by hanging them on a wall in a frame, or something like that etc...
I was told a while back to take the auto and make a high resolution copy of it (300 dpi) and frame the copy (cheaply) and store the original safely away from light, etc....
I don't mind doing that: making a copy of the cut signature, print off of a photo of the person and stick in a 8x10 photo frame, so I can look at it and appreciate it.
I just hate to have a lot of the ones I love, sitting in a box.
Any thoughts?

Most of mine are in frames and hanging on the walls of my basement. Very little light gets down there and none of it is direct sunlight. Other autographs I have hanging in my office. The rest of the 8x10s and all of my autographed cards are in binders. The signed baseballs I have in cases of various sorts, same with bats, footballs, mini-helmets, etc. I try to display as much of my collection as possible. Luckily my wife is a fan of the hobby too so I am able to decorate the basement in a sports theme.
I collect NY Yankees, NY Giants, NY Rangers, NY Knicks, and NJ Nets. I am willing to trade. PM me if you have any cards signed by players from these teams.
Working on collecting all living New York Giants (football) and New York Yankees. The question is which team drives me nuts first!!!

I got some of my baseballs in ball holders and plan on doing the same for my footballs. Most of my cards are in plastic boxes but I do plan on putting them all in albums.
Drug and smoke free trading.
