Paypal actually has at least one intelligent delightful human being working for them. I spoke to a woman named Christina this morning, who asked the obligatory introductory information and then allowed me to speak while she listened. She actually admitted and appologized for an error made on behalf of Paypal and agreed to speak to the appropriate parties within the company to assist in resolving a claim. What a change from the standard rhetoric and drone mentality! This actually renewed my faith in mankind for the moment! Big ups to her!
