One thing missing from the Great North..
White Castles!!
They're also affectionately called sliders.
My question, what is the name of the brown sauce they put on their burgers?
I believe you can get it in packet form like catchup. I say believe because my daughter is coming from the Lansing area, and I asked her to get some, she just called and said the workers had no idea what she was talking about.
Does anyone know?
Thanks,
Rich

You know the name, or word that you'd know as soon as you hear it.
I'll google later, or look on Ebay(wouldn't suprise me ;)

Sick. I cant understand how people eat White Castle. When I lived in Detroit we had an old joke; why do White Castle patties have three holes in them? Because it takes three shots to kill a rat.

Dusseldorf Mustard.
That's it Rick!!! Thanks
They have never heard of it in lower MI in Lansing & Detroit area's anyway.
My daughter brought home a case and their burgers are served DRY!
I made my own concoction with Mustard, catchup & spices it did the trick ;)
