This is absolutely an insane collection of 1/1's. Well done! Always love seeing your Fleury stuff!

Damn! That is pretty freakin impressive - especially for such a prominent player. Even though I hate the Pens, I can admire the work (and money) that takes. Well done!

Shields holding value are only for major star players/goalies like Wayne Gretzky and Patrick Roy. Most rookies will be noname in few years, Rookie Auto Shields cards or not, what makes value is based on demand, no demand for a player so no value. Remember names like Jason Arnott, Petr Nedved, Peter Bondra?... good NHLers but no demand in 2016 for their cards and none hold value. Wayne Gretzky and Patrick Roy UD NHL Shields Auto 1/1 cards still sell for $3000/card and more.

Got this bad boy in the mail yesterday. Not only is it my first Seals 1-of-1, it is one of only five Seals 1/1s, the only one of the five to have two players, and the only one of the five to have a player other than Gary Simmons. And to top it off, it is the ONLY Seals card to have Charlie Simmer on it (well, this and the #/49 version). Simmer only played 56 games over two years for the Seals before being traded to the Kings. And as we all know, after he retired, he changed his name to "Weird Al" Yankovic...
