Inventory link in your posting profile

You should now notice a "my card inventory" in your posting profile. At anytime you are trading on SCF you can click on this and it will take you to that members inventory.

This very useful once you have your inventory updated. Instead of posting a long list of cards for trade you can simply say, "check out my inventory."

There is also the same inventory manager links from your User CP in the navigation bar (see attachment).

why does this new feature need to be linked to trade mgr?? it is very cumbersome. aslo, do think it will cause more problems by people making trades off of the site so they dont have to mess with it?? just curious

How so? If you trade a card off site just delete it from your inventory. If you have a freewebs or Beckett page you have to go to your page, find the page with your card, edit the page, save the page. Here you just go to your card (we have a search) and just click delete. How is that more cumbersome?

To post a trade you must go thru step after step. If you havent created your inventory yet it is a pain to figure out.

You are talking about the trade manager in general even before the inventory system. I agree that it takes a lot of steps and why I added the inventory system. The funny thing is I think you are starting to see the value of the trade manager. No need to continuously update your trade list and you don't have to type in all the cards for each trade.

Not quite sure I agree, but it still doesn't solve the problem if I just want to post a quick trade. I don't need it to take all nite

I'm not the fastest at using the trade manager, but it only takes me 30 seconds to get a trade started. The new inventory integration should be done in a few more hours, then we can test that out and see if it is the nightmare people are making it out to be. Please try it out and offers some suggestions!

Not to mention, the old system is still in place, so why cannot you trade with it?

I do not see where the old trade system is. If I want to start a trade in the trade mgr link it is a debacle. With the new system, if you do not have a list loaded, it is not a 30 second process.......Where is the link for the old system?
