    I vist all the sites but dont see a "contact us" page

    For the Football league teams head to http://www.football-league.premiumtv...,10794,00.html

    visit each clubs logo and most will have a email.

    For the rest and the premierleague just visit their site have to look around. Try "the Club" pages they usually have it there or feedback.
