Nope. eBay is not a site focused completely on cards, so there would be feedback not related to trading sports cards, which is why transfer requests are not allowed for feebay.

Ebays feedback system is a little screwed up. Basically sellers cannot give out bad feedback and then they allowed people to receive bad feedback that is unwarrented. That is also a pay site this is free.

So no ebay feedbacks accepted

Also a little thing to add is that it's a lot easier to get like 10,000 feedbacks on eBay than it is on a forum. You just list your item and stuff. Also eBay could careless if you made fake feedbacks or whatever.
