SCF Staff Accountability
We have a lot of inputs from the round table discussion. Our staff will address all of the issues brought up by our members. I will not address them with a broad brush. Instead I will focus on the bigger issues while the SCF staff works the rest.
There are some issues with the SCF staff. I can tell you that the SCF staff as a whole is a great group of guys and gals and all of them devout countless hours to making SCF a safe place to trade, free of spam and enjoyable. Many of them use their personal collection to throw contests. There is so much that occurs behind the scenes that members do not see. For instance, disputes, killing spam, maintaining the rules, handling complaints, discussing areas for improving in our team forums and countless other functions. In most cases, it is an underappreciated job. It takes a special person to volunteer their time for such a little reward and typically being seen as “on a power trip” or a bully.
Having said all of that, the SCF staff personnel are all human. We all miss stuff and make mistakes. It is up to YOU the member to hold us accountable. If you see a staff member overlooking a rule then report the post and provide feedback. If you see a staff member abusing power simply report the post and provide the details. I can promise you that every reported post is looked at and there will be ZERO retribution for reporting a staff member. PM Tony, I or any staff and provide the details, if you are uncomfortable with reporting the post. We will maintain your confidentiality. We will do everything possible to be as objective as possible. The SCF are member just like you and we try to hold our self to a higher standard. If you don’t see that then report it!
I also ask you to reset the odometer and forget anything that has happened in the past. Focus on the present. There is no need to focus on the past, but we can ensure a stronger future by keeping the staff accountable.

I will be the first to admit that I am not perfect nor will I make everyone happy. I encourage anyone to REPORT A POST. As I know from talking to people and sharing pm's they like to say this or that. Well the owner has given you the Green Light so when you see something put it up there. If we are not doing as a good of job as you say then this will truly let us know what we need to improve on as the Report a Post come in.
p.s. Remember when you report a post members do not know about it so it ANONYMOUS.
