I think we should set a timeline of about a year from now so that we can underpromise and overdeliver, instead of the other way around. Very excited if it ever does happen, though, and would definitely entertain purchasing a storefront.

Nope...SCF CC only..lol AND you have to pay our conversion rates and associated fee's.

Seriously...
Mike has stated this was a very labor intensive project, requiring more "Hard Coding(or something like that) than he originally thought.
Maybe he will update this before the end of rOctober
It would be a very welcome addition to not only SCF but useful to the hobby if interest is high enough.
