North Valley Cards on Bell Rd. is now Dr Fantasy's Comics and Collectibles (non-sports cards only) - either that or North Valley closed and Dr. Fantasy's opened up right next door (North Valley sucked for cards and I never went in there, which is why I can't remember the exact suite location - same little piece of strip mall, though).

No longer exists at this location. I drove by last weekend looking for the shop, and it wasn't there. There were three vacant store fronts, so I assume that it was in one of those locations in the strip mall.
