Now if you can read between the lines this will only mean that the war will continue but it will be called a humanitarian mission. People will still be killed and the bad thing is that there hands will be tied by the new Rules of Engagment and management, oops I mean leadership from above.

Will redirect the money to the States and take care of the poor and homeless here in the good old US of A.
