My first custom

Hi I recently made my first custom. Please tell me what you think and how I can improve it.

EDIT: Sorry I used the wrong pic; His # is 20 not 21 I will fix it ASAP

Looks good....better than anything I would make. The only thing I could think of is make some "dead space" at the bottom under his name so there is a clean/blank spot for him to sign. It's up to your preference though- I usually like to see the signatures not being signed on the player (where you can't see part of it).
