We all know that eBay is a dirty place; perhaps the dirtiest place on the world wide interwebs. Scammers love eBay because they know eBay will protect them!

Q) If an eBay buyer is a scammer, but they are operating within eBay's guidelines, and eBay sides with them over the seller who got ripped off, is the scammer still a scammer? Or has eBay officially pardoned the scammer of all scamming activity by siding with them, even though the scammer now has the money, the card, and eBay's blessing to continue their scammy behaviour?
